The rate per person depends on High/Low Season dates and location of the room in the hotel.
Please note, all Rugby matches, The Edinburgh Festival and other special events are charged at High Season rates. Although slightly more expensive during this period I think you will find we offer great value for money and remain one of the most popular small Hotels in Edinburgh.
